Neat and hygienic rooms. Ambience was really good. Especially restaurant. Located 3 km from town . Easily accessible. Liked the breakfast buffet which has delicious Indian dishes also other regular stuffs. Real fruit juice is the highlight. U can try dinner too. Lot of parking space. Very supportive staffs. Nice swimming pool. Great view in the morning. Room sizes vary based on tariff. Stars from 3.5 to 6.5k which is nominal compared to other hotels.generally Rooms are bit costly in Vagamon during weends and holidays. According to me This Comes under Luxurious category.

We stayed for a night, very friendly and helpful staff, food(Walter Duncans) was very good and beyond our expectations. We were in the older building, not flash but we have all the things we need and the place was very clean. The pool is clean with nice view and my daughter enjoyed it. Noticed other kids enjoyed the small on-site playground. Overall good experience. Thank you, team!

Had a very good stay at Hill pallete.. Rooms are cozy and neat with all amenities, foods were awesome, staffs are very friendly. The view we had in our room was fantastic.. Extremely satisfied with the stay. Highly recommend. Only minus is for campfire we have to pay 1500 it's not complimentary.

We had a good experience here. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We booked “Luxury Mountain View Room” the room is spacious and clean. The balcony view is truly amazing and very relaxing. The food served was of good quality. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway close to nature, this place is definitely worth choosing.

We had an excellent stay at this resort. The big deluxe rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with free breakfast included, which was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Network connection was strong everywhere in the property, which made things very convenient. The atmosphere was calm and quiet—perfect for relaxation. The pool was neat, well maintained, and very refreshing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and definitely worth recommending

I recently stayed at Palette Hill View Resort, Vagamon, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The resort is beautifully located on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the valleys and tea plantations. The calm and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. The infinity pool overlooking the hills is the main highlight — truly picture-perfect! The staff were courteous and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. The rooms were neat and cozy, and the food was tasty, especially the breakfast spread.

It was a wonderful experience to be there. The place is very peaceful, refreshing, calm. It is perfect place For your honeymoon as well as family staycation. Restaurant manager abin, nidhin vidhya jesna snehitha arathy and vyshak is a fabulous team and the food & ambiance is outstanding. We experienced how a perfect candle night dinner feels like and it is highly recommended for those who is looking for.

I had a wonderful experience at Palette Hill Restaurant! The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely, but what really stood out was the service. All the staffs including Nithin and Anshree were incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their warm and professional approach truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend this place — both for the great food and the excellent staff!
